Background

Liam’s early life was shaped by constant movement, growing up in various UK cities including Liverpool, London, Barnsley, and Manchester. By the age of twelve, he finally settled with his mum in Stoke-on-Trent, where he discovered the place he'd call home — and the beginnings of a creative journey that would define his future.

Before discovering his passion for theatre, Liam was immersed in the world of competitive gaming. As a professional e-sports player, he competed in and won multiple tournaments with various teams, supported by sponsorships from leading brands. It was a career in its own right — until something unexpected shifted his path.

At fourteen, Liam joined local amateur musical theatre societies and stepped into the world of performance. Over the course of two years, he took part in several productions, his final role being Barnaby in Hello, Dolly! with the North Staffs Operatic Society. What began as a hobby quickly sparked a deeper passion — and a possible future on stage.

Determined to pursue this newfound calling, Liam trained for two years at the Jill Clewes Academy for Theatre Arts, where he developed his skills in dance and musical theatre. He credits much of his early development to his mentor and close friend, Oliver Eyre, whose support and guidance were instrumental in shaping Liam’s path.

Liam’s dedication paid off when he earned a full scholarship to the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts, where he trained on their renowned three-year Musical Theatre course. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 disrupting his second year, Liam remained focused, resilient, and committed to his growth as an artist.

Early Career

After graduating, Liam was fortunate to step straight into the professional world with several exciting opportunities lined up.

He began his career working with Sky Cinema as a Featured Dancer at the prestigious Goodwood Revival, filmed at the Earls Court Studios. Shortly after, he took on a featured role in Snow White at Hull New Theatre with the renowned Crossroads Pantomimes.

At the start of the new year, Liam entered rehearsals for a UK and international tour of a new production. Unfortunately, after three weeks, the project was unexpectedly cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Rather than let the setback define him, Liam chose to pivot — taking a bold step and founding his own talent agency.

Cruise Contracts & International Work

In March 2022, Liam accepted a contract as a Singer/Dancer aboard the MS Deutschland and MS Amera, performing until April 2023. During his time at sea, he was featured in a wide variety of shows, including Irish Tap, Musical Show, German Schlager Revue, and Rat Pack. In each production, Liam showcased both his vocal and dance abilities as a core ensemble performer.

Even while performing at sea, Liam remained focused on building his dream of becoming a talent agent. He continued growing his agency and auditioned for new projects remotely. Through these efforts, he was cast in the ensemble of Young Frankenstein: The Musical — a role that led him to relocate to Germany, where he continued to expand his professional performing career.

Alongside his performance work, Liam’s agency — LJT Talent Management — continued to thrive. Through strong relationships with some of the industry's top casting directors and creatives, the agency has grown into a respected and recognisable brand. Liam takes immense pride in the success and professionalism of his clients and is truly grateful to play a part in helping others realise their professional aspirations.
